When you visit the Platform, our servers may automatically log:

- Referring URL and pages visited
- Date and time of requests

4. Data Storage & Retention
Contact form submissions are stored in our MongoDB database hosted on a private server. We retain contact messages for 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted.
Server access logs are retained for 30 days and then purged automatically.
5. Third-Party Services
The Platform interacts with the following third-party services:
- Google Gemini AI — article generation; news headlines may be sent to Gemini's API
- NewsAPI — headline data; governed by NewsAPI Privacy Policy
- Unsplash — article images; governed by Unsplash Privacy Policy
- Gmail SMTP — sending notification emails; governed by Google's Privacy Policy
We only share data with these services as required to provide the Platform's functionality. We do not share personal information with any other third parties.

You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — request we limit processing of your data
